Stainless steel plate | What is the theoretical calculation formula?

The stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkaline gases, solutions and other media. It is an alloy steel that does not rust easily, but it is not absolutely rust-free. Stainless steel plate refers to steel plate resistant to corrosion by weak media such as atmosphere, steam and water, while acid-resistant steel plate refers to steel plate resistant to corrosion by chemical corrosive media such as acid, alkali and salt.

What is the theoretical calculation formula for stainless steel plate? ? How much do you know about this problem? Let me introduce you to this issue, I hope it will help you.

Theoretical weight (kg) = length (m) * width (m) * thickness (mm) * specific gravity (density)

Flat board price: coil price * actual thickness / theoretical thickness + opening fee

Example of plate & coil price conversion:

The actual thickness of a standard stainless steel plate with a thickness of 2 mm is 1.8 mm, so the theoretical weight of a stainless steel plate with a theoretical weight of 2 tons is 1.8 tons. If the adjusted price is 11400 yuan/ton, the weighing price is probably (2/1.80)*11400=12650 yuan/ton, (weight negative tolerance (1.80-2)/2*100%=10%, 11400/(1 -9%)=12650 yuan/ton) Generally, the roll price is weighed and the price is high; the plate price is adjusted, heavier than the weighed, and the price is lower than the weighed price. (Generally, merchants will use this method for settlement, because the general stainless steel plate will have a 5% drop, and some may even reach 30%, so the weighing price will generally be very high).

What is the theoretical calculation formula for stainless steel plate?

1. Cost = solid thickness ÷ rational thickness * incoming price + freight + processing fee

2. The price of the coil is switched to the price of the flat plate = the price of the coil * the actual thickness / the thickness + the opening fee 100

3. The price of the flat plate is switched to the price of the coiled plate = the plate price * the thickness / solid thickness-Kaiping fee 100

4. Roll length = roll net weight/7.93/roll width/actual thickness

5. The calculation of the price including tax = the total weight of the goods / 1.04 (1.04 represents 4 points-1.07 is 7 points)

Example: 10,000 tons of cargo/1.04=9615.3846 tons * ton price = the result
Example: 1 ton of goods = 15,800 a ton/1.04=15192.3077 excluding tax

6. Knowing the roll weight and price, find the total weight of the roll = roll weight * price

7. Stainless steel plate: thickness Χ width Χ length Χ7.93

Such as 2.0X1.22X2.44X7.93=47.2kg/piece

8. Stainless steel pipe: (outer diameter-wall thickness) Χ wall thickness Χ0.02491

Such as (57-3.5)Χ3.5Χ0.02491=4.66kg/m

9. Stainless steel round steel: diameter Χ diameter Χ0.00623

Such as 18Χ18Χ0.00623=2.02kg/m

10. Stainless steel angle steel: side length Χ side length Χ7.8Χ0.000198

For example, 40×40×7.8×0.000198=2.47kg/m

(Side width + side width-side thickness) Χ side thickness Χ0.00793

Such as (40+40-3)Χ3Χ0.00793 = 1.83Kg/m

11. Stainless steel flat steel: thickness Χ width Χ 0.00793

Such as 8Χ80Χ0.00793=5.08kg/m

12. Stainless steel square tube: (side width×4÷3.14-thickness)×thickness×0.02491

Such as (40X4÷3.14-3)Χ3Χ0.02491=3.58Kg/m

13. Hexagonal steel: opposite side Χ opposite side Χ0.0069

14. Square steel: side width×side width×0.00793

Except for the length and width of the board in meters, all other specifications are in millimeters.
